Large Inclination Belt Conveyor

Drive pulley

Drive pulley is the main part of the belt conveyor to transmit power. The surface of the drive pulley has bare steel surface, herringbone and diamond pattern rubber coating. The bare steel surface can be used for low power, small belt width and dry environment. The chevron rubber surface has a large friction coefficient, good slip resistance and drainage, but it has directionality. Diamond rubber surface is used for two-way conveyors. Our company has advanced automated production equipment, professional technicians, complete assembly line operation, and perfect inspection methods in the production design of the drive pulley to ensure that the drive pulley produced by our company always maintains a high reputation in the eyes of customers. Bend Pulley is mainly under the belt movement. If the conveying direction of the belt is left, Tail Pulley is on the right side of the belt conveyor. The main structure is the bearing and the steel Pulley . The driving pulley is the driver of the belt conveyor. The relationship between the two pulleys is like the two wheels of a bicycle. The rear wheel is the driving pulley and the front wheel is Bend Pulley. Bend Pulley and the driving pulley are structurally indistinguishable. Both are composed of the main shaft pulley bearing and the bearing housing. There are two types: main drive and driven.

Juxin adopts the intelligent welding robots

Juxin adopts the intelligent welding robots Juxin introduced the intelligent welding workstation of idler bracket in responding to the call of Chinese government on May 4, 2021. The robot welding workstation is mainly composed of Japanese Yaskawa arc welding robots, two three-axis welding positioners, system integrated control box, welding power source, gun cleaning station, small cantilever crane, etc. It adopts the method of dual welding station with robot configuration. It will greatly improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity of workers. Juxin expects to continue to add a total of three intelligent welding workstations of idler bracket. According to actual calculations, the overall welding efficiency has increased by about 35%. In addition, the robot can keep a stable quality and tidy weld seam, also guarantee 24h continuous operation. At this stage, the application of smart equipment has become the development direction of the future manufacturing industry.
