PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The entire conveyor is characterized by a compact structure and typically does not require a foundation for installation. The intermediate frame and H-bracket are connected using "E"-shaped pins or elastic pins instead of bolts, and are equipped with hook roller groups or "E"-shaped pin connections for easy laying, installation, and disassembly. The accompanying motors, reducers, couplings, brakes, belts, electric controls, etc., all possess explosion-proof or flame-retardant properties suitable for coal dust or explosive gas environments. Additionally, the entire conveyor is equipped with an intelligent comprehensive protection device to ensure safe and reliable operation.
WHERE IS IT USED
The DSJ telescopic belt conveyor is utilized for the channeling of integrated mechanized coal mining working faces, as well as for general working faces and roadway driving transport components. The tail section of the channeling is connected to both the scraper conveyor and the working face conveyor. In tunneling transportation applications, the conveyor at the machine's tail is linked with the tunneling machine. This equipment finds application in coal mines, non-coal mines, engineering tunnels, and other boring machine fields.
PRODUCT DESIGN
The design of a belt conveyor comprises various components such as pulleys, the belt, idlers, the drive system, and any necessary accessories or controls for operation. The pulleys are utilized to support and guide the belt, while the idlers provide additional support and guidance. The drive system typically includes a motor, gearbox, and other components that supply the power required to move the belt. Belt conveyors can be designed in various configurations - straight, curved, inclined or declined - depending on specific application requirements. They can also be customized with features like cleats, sidewalls, and other accessories to accommodate different materials and operating conditions.
THE CONVEYOR BELT HAS THE FOLLOWING DESIGN
1Conveyor belts and drives are essential components of the telescopic belt conveyor. The conveyor belt, typically made from rubber or plastic, is tightly secured between rollers at both ends. The drive drum is powered by a motor through a reducer, propelling the conveyor belt through friction with itself.
2The defining feature of the telescopic belt machine is its telescopic mechanism, which allows for unrestricted expansion of the conveyor belt along its length. When adjustments to conveyor length are necessary, users can initiate the expansion mechanism via a button press, prompting automatic extension or retraction of the conveyor belt to accommodate varying conveying distances and workspaces.
3The tensioning device regulates conveyor belt tension for optimal operational performance by adjusting to maintain ideal tension under different operating conditions.
4The support device upholds proper height and inclination of the conveyor belt in accordance with diverse conveying distances and elevations by adjusting to achieve optimal tilt angles under varying operating conditions.

2. The non-fixed part of the fuselage utilizes bolt-free fast detachable brackets and adjustable H-type brackets, resulting in a simple structure that is easy to disassemble with low labor intensity and short operation time.
3. A tape tensioning device driven by an electric winch is installed at the head, equipped with a tension indicator for observing and adjusting tape tension.
4. The entire machine employs groove rollers, flat rollers, and uniform-sized reversing rollers (excluding the head unloading roller), allowing for universal interchangeability.
5. After treatment of the transmission drum's outer coating, it exhibits a high friction coefficient while maintaining minimal initial tension.
6. The middle removable bracket can be both landed and suspended, demonstrating strong adaptability to various trough bottom plates.
