PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The overland belt conveyor is a new product developed by JUXIN Conveyor, designed for large-scale, intelligent, and high-end applications. It has independent intellectual property rights and is based on the DT II belt conveyor. With its long conveying distance, large transmission capacity, and multi-point level curve turning transportation mode, it can effectively meet the material transfer needs of comprehensive mining operations and serve as a key equipment for smart and efficient working faces.
WHERE IS IT USED
Overland belt conveyors are utilized across various industries where efficient and cost-effective transportation of bulk materials over long distances is crucial. These conveyors are specifically engineered to navigate challenging terrains, including steep inclines, declines, and rough landscapes.
• Ore Long Distance Conveying: Overland conveyors are extensively employed in the mining industry for the transportation of various ores, coal, minerals, and other bulk materials from mines or quarries to processing plants or stockpiles.
• Aggregate Handling: Overland conveyors are applied in construction sites and quarries for the transport of aggregates and other construction materials.
• Coal Handling: Overland conveyors play a vital role in power plants by conveying coal from storage areas or coal yards to the boiler for combustion.

PRODUCT DESIGN
The design of a belt conveyor comprises various components such as pulleys, the belt, idlers, the drive system, and any necessary accessories or controls for operation. The pulleys are utilized to support and guide the belt, while the idlers provide additional support and guidance. The drive system typically includes a motor, gearbox, and other components that supply the power required to move the belt. Belt conveyors can be designed in various configurations - straight, curved, inclined or declined - depending on specific application requirements. They can also be customized with features like cleats, sidewalls, and other accessories to accommodate different materials and operating conditions.
THE CONVEYOR BELT HAS THE FOLLOWING DESIGN
1Driving Motor: The drive system comprises a drive frame, an electric motor, a high-speed clutch, a gearbox, and a deceleration clutch.
2Pulley: The pulley shell is constructed from high-precision straight seam welded steel pipe, and the pulley spindle is forged from 45 # steel.
3Idler: High-precision steel tube idlers with reduced rotational resistance. Manufactured using automated roller production equipment for extended service life (exceeding 50,000 hours).
4Cleaning part: Spring cleaner and empty section cleaner.
5Unloading part: Stationary plow unloader and electric unloader.
6Brake part: Belt and roller brake.
7Accessories: Cover, guide chute, funnel, etc.
