WHERE IS IT USED

Industrial Manufacturing
In factories, rubber disc return rollers are used in conveyor systems that transport raw materials, semi - finished products, or finished goods. For example, in an automotive manufacturing plant, they are used to convey car parts along the assembly line and keep the conveyor belts in good condition.
Mining and Minerals Processing
In the mining industry, these rollers are essential for handling conveyor belts that transport ores, coal, and other minerals. The harsh and dusty environment in mines makes the cleaning function of the rubber disc return roller particularly important to prevent the build - up of mineral particles on the return side of the belts.
Agriculture and Food Processing
In agricultural product handling, such as in grain elevators and food processing plants, rubber disc return roller are used to convey grains, fruits, and vegetables. They help to keep the conveyor belts clean and free from debris, ensuring the quality of the food products being transported.

PRODUCT DESIGN

Rubber disc return roller mainly consists of center shaft, rubber disk, bearing and end cover. The center shaft is made of high-strength carbon steel or alloy steel to ensure that it can withstand the heavy pressure of the conveyor belt and materials. The rubber discs are evenly arranged on the shaft and are made of wear-resistant and elastic natural or synthetic rubber. The surface texture design, such as serrated or grooved, enhances the cleaning effect on the surface of the conveyor belt. The bearings are mounted on both ends of the shaft and are either deep groove ball bearings or tapered roller bearings depending on the load and speed, and are equipped with a sealing device to prevent the entry of dust, moisture and other impurities. End caps, made of metal, are mounted on both ends of the rollers to protect the internal components.

THE CONVEYOR BELT HAS THE FOLLOWING DESIGN

1 Pipe: This is the main part of the roller, typically constructed from steel pipe and coated with paint to enhance its anti-corrosion and wear resistance properties.
2 Bearings: Deep groove precision ball bearings, DIN 62 and 63 series, 6204, 6205, 6305, 6206, 6306, 6308, C3 or C4 clearance.
3 Seal: Labyrinth seal, its purpose is to prevent dust and debris from entering the bearing interior, three-lip type, material ISOPA6 (nylon 6).
4 Bearing housing: This component connects rollers to conveying equipment, available in fixed and adjustable types.
5 Shaft: Cold drawn steel. Raw steel rod grinders process shafts with diameters up to 20, 25, 30, 40 (ISO h6 or g6 tolerances apply to seal parts or entire shafts).
6 Lubrication: The roller assembly using waterproof, dust-proof, long-acting 3 class lithium grease, long-term lubrication.
7 Circlip spring: Made of spring steel, it serves to secure the movement of roller strings.
Collectively, these components form a complete structure that effectively supports conveyor belts and material weight while maintaining normal belt conveyor operation.
