PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

PRODUCT DESIGN
Scraper design: The scraper is the core component of the cleaner and directly contacts the conveyor belt for cleaning. Its shape is usually designed according to the shape of the conveyor belt and the residual material. For example, the common straight scraper is suitable for general materials, while for sticky materials, a scraper with arc or serration can be used to enhance the cleaning effect. The material of the scraper is mostly wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and flexible materials, such as polyurethane. Polyurethane scrapers can not only effectively scrape off materials, but also reduce wear on the conveyor belt, while maintaining good performance under different working conditions.
Cleaning brush design: The cleaning brush can assist the scraper for deep cleaning, especially for removing fine particles. The bristles are usually made of nylon or steel wire. Nylon bristles are soft and suitable for situations where the conveyor belt surface is more sensitive; steel wire bristles have stronger cleaning power and are suitable for stubborn stains.
