Juxin adopts the intelligent welding robots Juxin introduced the intelligent welding workstation of idler bracket in responding to the call of Chinese government on May 4, 2021. The robot welding workstation is mainly composed of Japanese Yaskawa arc welding robots, two three-axis welding positioners, system integrated control box, welding power source, gun cleaning station, small cantilever crane, etc. It adopts the method of dual welding station with robot configuration. It will greatly improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity of workers. Juxin expects to continue to add a total of three intelligent welding workstations of idler bracket. According to actual calculations, the overall welding efficiency has increased by about 35%. In addition, the robot can keep a stable quality and tidy weld seam, also guarantee 24h continuous operation.
