Drive pulley

Drive pulley is the main part of the belt conveyor to transmit power. The surface of the drive pulley has bare steel surface, herringbone and diamond pattern rubber coating. The bare steel surface can be used for low power, small belt width and dry environment. The chevron rubber surface has a large friction coefficient, good slip resistance and drainage, but it has directionality. Diamond rubber surface is used for two-way conveyors. The diameter of the driving pulley is 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1400, 1600, 1800mm and other specifications, and it is suitable for material conveying equipment with various belt width of 500mm-2400mm.
The surface of the pulley has steel surface, smooth cast rubber surface, diamond or herringbone cast rubber surface for users to choose.
The heavy-duty pulley steel flangeand the shell body are welded with a V-shaped welding groove. The heavy-duty pulley flange is made of high-strength ductile iron cast steel.
The welding grooves such as the flange shaft sleecve are all machined, After welding, stress relief treatment and welding are performed The seam is inspected by 100℅ NDTand 25℅ X-ray filming. After assembly, the static balance test is carried out.
The accuracy reaches the G40 standard in GB/T9239.1-2006.

Bend Pulley is mainly under the belt movement. If the conveying direction of the belt is left, Tail Pulley is on the right side of the belt conveyor. The main structure is the bearing and the steel Pulley . The driving pulley is the driver of the belt conveyor. The relationship between the two pulleys is like the two wheels of a bicycle. The rear wheel is the driving pulley and the front wheel is Bend Pulley. Bend Pulley and the driving pulley are structurally indistinguishable. Both are composed of the main shaft pulley bearing and the bearing housing. There are two types: main drive and driven.
